About Us

Core Values

Transformative Growth. In addition to transforming our local community, Baldi Movement Group is part of a much larger mission to improve athletic injury treatment in the entire medical field. We are devoted to creating a new and improved treatment model for athletes.

Instill Hope. Injuries are difficult both physically and mentally. Sequential or severe injuries can make athletes question their athletic career. Baldi Movement Group encourages athletes not to settle. We exist to stop the pattern of chronic injuries, minimize lost training time, and help athletes reach their full potential.

Respect Time. Time is our most valuable and limited resource. We help those who need us and refer out when that’s the better option. Sessions are typically once a week since they focus on programs which can be implemented daily without reliance on the treating clinician. We average 4-6 sessions per injury and do not continue programs past 3 visits when progress is not being made.

Empowerment. Through social media, articles, and education in each treatment session. We are transforming athletic communities by making the most valuable information available to as many people as possible. We empower each client to understand their specific issues, reach their goals, and minimize future problems.

The BMG Team

Dr. Charles Baldi is a sports physical therapist who specializes in orthopedic and spine injury treatment and prevention. He founded Baldi Movement Group in 2021 to pass on the athletic injury and prevention knowledge he wished he had during his own athletic journey. He is quirky, fun, passionate, and a father of two creative and energetic children. Charles was a competitive gymnast and coach for over 10 years and finished his career as a division 1 athlete on Temple University’s gymnastics team. Like most competitive athletes, Charles experienced many injuries during his career and he knows that most medical professionals do not truly understand athletes and what they need.

Since founding Baldi Movement Group Charles has treated athletes from six different gyms, implemented a video education and treatment program with an international athlete, and developed both a performance program and a growth spurt injury prevention program. Charles hates wasting his clients’ time and money and loves empowering clients to take control of their athletic potential. In his spare time Charles enjoys fitness, rock climbing, running, and gymnastics.
