Maximize athletic performance and reach your full potential
Through one on one injury treatment programs, performance and injury prevention screens, and providing the education athletes need to take control of their health. Dr. Charles Baldi PT, DPT was a Division 1 gymnast at Temple University and specializes in sports physical therapy, orthopedic and spinal care.
Have you ever experienced medical professionals who do not understand sports and the athletic mindset? Incomplete injury rehab leading to recurrent injuries? Failure to educate athletes on self treatment? If so you’re not alone.
When you work with Baldi Movement Group you can expect to:
- Minimize lost training time.
- Take away fear of injury while training.
- Have help reaching your maximum potential.
“Dr. Baldi has been a game changer for my daughter and her gymnastics path forward. She had struggled with ankle pain for a while and was in/out of PT that would only temporarily help.”

1:1 Sessions
30-60 minute sessions according to what you need. Sessions are not rushed to reach a quota.
We Come to You!
You’re busy and the last thing you need is another appointment to schedule! That’s why we drive to you at your normal training facility. We see athletes right before, after, or during their normally scheduled practice. When that’s not possible we meet with you at your home or through a video appointment.
Keep Coaches Involved
Coaches are incredibly invested in their athletes’ well being, yet they are usually left in the dark. When applicable, we send treatment summaries and guidelines to coaches after every session so they stay informed and know what their athletes are safe to do.
We Don’t Like Wasted Time
Athletes train 3-6 days per week. So why do most physical therapy practices require sessions 2-3 days per week? We create a treatment plan you can mix into your already scheduled training. As a result we have found better compliance, faster recovery, and fewer sessions. This is money in your pocket.
